Our Facilities
All of our rooms are fully furnished, although residents are encouraged to bring personal items with them, large or small we try to fit them in. Most of our rooms include en-suite bathrooms or full wet rooms.
At Vale View Heights, our ground floor garden rooms have patio doors that open to either private or communal patios. We also have beautiful private balconies overlooking the lawns. We have three wings across two floors, which are all accessible by lift.
We host garden events throughout the year where residents’ families and friends can celebrate together with their loved ones and enjoy our outdoor space to the fullest. Residents treat the garden as their own, and anyone with a gardening interest is more than welcome to pursue their hobby.

Through our dedicated Activities Coordinator, we offer something for everyone. We have the facility to privately transport residents on excursions by our minibus, which is accessible for all including wheelchair users. Relatives and friends of our residents may also use our cars when going out with residents.
Our home has always supported various charities and we are proud to support new ones. If you wish to initiate a function for a charity, please discuss it with our home manager.

The team at Vale View Heights are trained in-house to be able to provide the highest quality of care to residents. In addition to our committed care team, we have in-house catering, housekeeping, maintenance and laundry teams providing a high level of service to our residents. We also have registered nurses on hand 24 hours a day ensuring that the care needs of all our residents are met.
