Q: What type of care do you offer?
At our nursing home, we provide residential, respite and 24-hour nursing care services for our residents.
Our experienced and dedicated team enable us to nurse those with physical disabilities, those who require end of life care, those with high dependency needs, and those who become infirm.
Should your care requirements change whilst you are with us, it’s not a problem. Our experienced team of nurses and carers can cater for almost any need. We regularly assess the care and support we are providing and ensure that it is tailored to your current needs and requirements.Q: How will you help me to settle in?
Our experienced team are passionate about welcoming and integrating each resident into their new home, and we will take as much time as you need to help you settle in.
Within your first 48 hours you will have met with your dedicated team member and discussed your social care plan.
Residents are encouraged to bring personal items, such as photographs, ornaments, etc. to make your room truly your own.
From the moment you move into the care home, our team will ensure that your stay will be welcoming and comfortable. Remember that your family and friends are always welcome to visit, any time, day or night.Q: Can I bring my pet?
We can accommodate pets in some cases, please discuss this further with our Home Manager.
Q: How will I pass the time at Vale View Heights Care Home?
At our residential care home, various social events, entertainment and activities are organised to ensure that there is always something interesting and stimulating going on. Our Activities Coordinators will support and encourage you with any hobbies, interests and excursions. Individual therapeutic treatments can be arranged to suit your needs.
Birthdays are celebrated with a party, and you will also receive a complimentary birthday cake.Q: What is the food like?
Delicious and nutritious meals are prepared onsite by our dedicated catering team who provide restaurant quality meals using high quality ingredients. We cater for specialised diets and for anyone who may have issues with eating.
Our breakfast, lunch and supper are served in the main dining room, and snacks and drinks are available throughout the day. Room service is also available on request.
